Members Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

  • Membership is subject to approval by Radcliffe Group.
  • Members must be at least 16 years old.
  • Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.
  • The shared Platinum Plus Membership can only be shared between 2 people from the same household or an immediate family member (parents, siblings, spouse, or children).

2. Rules and Regulations

  • Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.
  • Radcliffe Group reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

  • Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.
  • Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • After the initial period of 12 Months and on each anniversary of joining thereafter, the membership shall automatically renew a further period of 12 months unless and until terminated by the member giving 30-day written notice to terminate the membership, which shall only be effective from the first day of the following month.
  • If the membership is cancelled early, 100% of the remaining period would have to be paid. The membership will be active for the remaining 12-month duration.
  • Members may pause their membership once during the initial 12-month contract period if injured or seriously ill.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy above.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be managed according to the Radcliffe Group Privacy Policy.
  • Radcliffe Group may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Radcliffe Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

  • These terms are governed by the laws of  the United Kingdom.
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

 

Radcliffe Group 30-Day Written Notice for Membership Cancellation Policy

At Radcliffe Group we strive to provide our members with a flexible and accommodating experience. We understand that circumstances change, and members may need to cancel their gym membership. To facilitate a smooth transition for members wishing to cancel, we have established the following 30-day notice cancellation policy after the initial 12-month term has past and automatic renewal for a further period of 12 months has taken place.

Policy Overview:

  • Members wishing to cancel their gym membership must submit a written notice of cancellation 30 days prior to their desired cancellation date.
  • The 30-day notice period allows both the member and the gym to make necessary adjustments. Members can continue to enjoy gym access during this notice period.

Cancellation Notice Submission:

  • Members must notify Radcliffe Group with 30-Days to Cancel their Gym Membership.
  • This must be done in writing via email or letter.

Final Billing and Access:

  • Members will be responsible for any dues or fees incurred during the 30-day notice period.
  • Membership access and benefits will continue until the end of the notice period.

Confirmation of Cancellation:

  • Upon receiving the cancellation notice, Radcliffe Group will process the request and send a confirmation of the membership cancellation and effective cancellation date to the member.

Feedback and Follow-Up:

  • We value member feedback and encourage departing members to share their experiences and reasons for cancellation. This helps us improve our services and address any concerns.

Policy Acknowledgment:

  • All members are required to acknowledge and agree to this 30-day notice cancellation policy upon signing the membership agreement or contract.
