A powerful tool to increase a sense of wellbeing

Frequent massage of key muscle groups by a trained practitioner will help accelerate the recovery process and promote a feeling of wellbeing. Through methods such as release, deep tissue massage, dry cupping and IASTM, massage helps release areas of

tension, tightness and soreness, increasing range of movement. In addition to the perceived benefits, regular sports massages also help to drain waste out of the muscles through the lymph glands into the bloodstream for removal.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage technique which uses deep pressure. Combining slow strokes and notable finger pressure, the purpose is to release the tension and tightness held deeply in your muscles and your connective tissues. A deep tissue massage will typically focus on your primary areas of discomfort.

Dry Cupping

Cupping increases blood circulation at the site the cups are placed. The increased circulation reduces tension and spasms, whilst promoting cell repair through improved blood flow. Cupping is also known to reduce pain and improve mobilility. People who use cupping also report that it can reduce pain and disability and increase range of motion. Cupping can be used to treat any part of the body but can be very beneficial for treating lower back and neck pain.
