Pre and postnatal classes suitable for all abilities

We use the reformers to maintain mobility during pregnancy, and then to re-establish postnatal mobility. A key element of our pilates and strength programming is teaching you how to connect with your breath. We’ll also show you how to bring attention and connection to your pelvic floor, core and glute muscles – not only in stillness, but with movement –  the key to a stronger body from the inside out.

Why Strength and Conditioning? Because mums and mums-to-be lift every day, and we want to ensure you are conditioned and strong enough to handle every day life and all it throws at you!

Prenatal

Our prenatal program is a perfect blend of Reformer Pilates with Strength and Conditioning.

We focus on all stages of pregnancy; with our advanced practitioners, our programme is tailored for each trimester, helping you to stay mobile and strong throughout pregnancy and beyond.

We are unique in how we train the female body, implementing the latest breathing techniques, movement patterns and body positions to get you strong from the inside out.
